From there, lead times for custom furniture, materials, and finishes, as well as contractor scheduling, mean that construction, deliveries, and installations often fall in the spring.

Beginning the design process early in the year allows everything to move forward in a more organized, intentional way, rather than trying to rush decisions once the busy spring and summer months arrive. It creates space for careful planning, considered selections, and a smoother overall experience.
