Where I create matters to me, so I wanted it to feel like a true reflection of me and what Emerald Studio is all about. Which means rich, earthy tones, layered warmth, and a place that makes you feel at home the second you walk in.

This is where we collaborate, listen, and dream up the most unexpected spaces for the world’s best clients (no lie).

I designed the space for comfort and focus because I genuinely believe the best ideas come when you’re at peace.

And if you know me, you know I can’t sit at a desk all day. I wanted a place to put my feet up, curl up with the doggo, and stand up and dance when I feel like it.

If I’m being completely honest, my best work happens on the floor. So of course the rugs had to be top tier, for me and Fitz alike.

It’s true - your space really does affect how you feel.

You wake up in it, move through your day, unwind in it, and live all the little moments in between. The energy your environment gives off absolutely sticks with you.

When your space feels like you and supports how you live, it’s an investment in yourself, your family, your energy, and your quality of life. Once you feel that shift, it’s hard to imagine doing it any other way.

And you might even find yourself thinking, “we should’ve done this sooner”✨

It’s true - your space really does affect how you feel.

Hi there! 👋🏻

With so many new faces around here, I figured it was the perfect moment to say hello again and reintroduce myself. I’m Natalia - owner and principal designer of Emerald Studio - and I’m truly so glad you’re here.

My love for design started young. I grew up tagging along on my dad’s job sites, where the buzz of saws and smell of sawdust felt like home. It wasn’t long before I realized that what really lit me up was helping others shape their own sense of home, and I haven’t looked back since!

A big part of who I am is my 100% Polish heritage. Family and tradition have always been at the heart of everything that I do, and that shows up in my design philosophy, too. I believe every space should tell your story and reflect who you are at your core.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m still an artist at heart, so I’m probably creating something, on my Cricut or crocheting, just for fun! I’ve always got a project going, and I’m never far from a good book, a cozy coffee shop, or a secondhand gem - thrifting is one of my favorite ways to source unique pieces for clients.

Building Emerald Studio has been such a gift. It’s allowed me to do what I love while still being present for my two little ones (who’ve already made themselves regulars on job sites, of course!).

Every project I take on is rooted in connection, and I’m so thankful to get to do this work because of amazing people like you. Whether you’re dreaming up a cozy refresh or finally tackling that big idea, I’m here and excited to help bring it to life.

Show me that random storefront that made you stop in your tracks, or a picture of a kitchen even though we’re talking about your bedroom.

When we work together, you don’t need to come in with a fully formed vision. My job is to help you untangle what you think a space should be from what you actually like. We’ll go through your inspiration photos, make sense of your Pinterest board, and get a feel for what truly resonates with you. I want to see it all!

From there, anything goes! I shape the design around you - making your space feel personal, intentional, and a spot you never want to leave!

When I handle receiving for my clients, I make sure every item arrives exactly as ordered, in one piece, and fully accounted for - without you ever having to coordinate deliveries, manage complicated logistics, or negotiate with a freight company.

When we’re designing your home, I’m always thinking about the whole family…your pets included!

Performance fabrics are always a must. They’re woven and treated to handle paws, fur, and everyday life - tested and approved by our guy, Fitz (who doesn’t mind a fabric sample or two brushed over his dark coat).

If you’ve got a shedder, picking upholstery or flooring that blends with their fur keeps you from feeling like you live attached to a vacuum (props if you do, though!).

And for cat parents - looped or hooked weaves? Off the table. Those tiny claws just can’t resist a good “test.”

Designers shouldn’t force their style on clients. We all have our own style, but our job is to understand yours and bring it to life, while giving you the confidence to make bold choices that feel the most like you.

I can’t stress this one enough: hiring a designer is not an unnecessary added expense. In reality, it saves you time (and time is money) and helps you avoid costly mistakes.
