As the first spaces you encounter upon entering the home, the entry and dining room set the tone for everything that follows. Our goal was to honor the character that made this house special while thoughtfully updating it to better serve the family who lives here today.

We preserved the original floors and doors, carefully refinished existing hardware, and layered in custom elements — including a tailored radiator cover and built-in banquette — to enhance both function and flow.

The result is a space that feels welcoming from the moment you step inside: rooted in history, yet refined for everyday living
